suertres Terms and Conditions

By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise using any part of the suertres platform (including the website at suertres.org, game lobby, sportsbook, and all related features), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional policies referenced herein — including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("the User") and suertres. If you are using this platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms.

Continued use of the platform following any modification to these terms shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

Each user may only hold one active account on suertres. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process.
• Keep your account credentials — including your password — confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Notify suertres immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

suertres will never ask for your password via email or chat. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately. We apply standard security measures to protect account data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security in all circumstances.

All financial transactions on suertres — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Amounts displayed on the platform are in PHP unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Key payment terms include:

• Deposits must be made through the payment methods supported by the platform at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are subject to change.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframes stated in ourFAQ. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
• Funds in your account are held for gaming purposes only and do not earn interest.
• suertres is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers in connection with deposits or withdrawals.
• Suspicious or potentially fraudulent transactions may be held for review. In such cases, additional verification may be required before processing is completed.

Any winings are subject to applicable taxes as required under Philippine law. It is your responsibility to declare and comply with your own tax obligations.

suertres reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has been identified or is reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or exploitation of a platform error is detected.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period of time.
• Requested identity or age verification documents have not been provided within the required timeframe.
• A self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction has been requested by the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. In cases of voluntary closure with no outstanding violations, suertres will process any remaining eligible balance in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

suertres reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify registered users through the platform or via email where changes are significant.

Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or your use of the suertres platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
